If you purchased digital licenses for Gateway2Achieve, we will reach out to request additional information within five (5) business days of placing your order so we may commission your accounts and provide access instructions.

If you purchased a physical product, it will be shipped within five (5) business days and tracking information will be sent to the email address we have on file.

Order cutoff time allows you to set a time after which you will no longer process orders received on that day. For orders processed after cutoff time, one day gets added to the delivery time estimate. Order cut-off time is 2:00 pm Central time zone.

We do not allow refunds.
